Dear Students, Parents / Carers,   

Welcome to the last Book Worm for Term 3.  

Overdue Loans: 

Thank you to the many students who have returned their loans on time this term. Some students will receive an overdue notice this week for outstanding library loans and the holidays may be a good time to have a look for them at home. Parents, your assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.      

Holiday Loans and Library Bags: With the holidays approaching I would like to let you know that students will be issued double the number of library books. Please ensure our valuable school resources are kept safe and secure.  

May I ask please parents to check your child’s library bag and if necessary, please air out or even wash the bag if it has been soiled. Your assistance with this matter would also be greatly appreciated. 

Book Club / Book Fair News:  Issue 6 orders are due back this week and will be handed out on arrival. In Term 4 we will have 2 more issues of Book Club plus a pre-Christmas Book Fair at the end of October. More details closer to the dates. 

Please keep up the reading over the holidays.
